Our focus are distressed Residential & Commercial Properties.

SInce year 1987 people have known me for helping them arrest (stop) a foreclosure against their residential or commercial property to give them time to either find a solution for keeping the property, or securing time to sell for maximum profit by giving me a listing to aggresively market their property. I pretty much operated as a one-man Broker.  However, now in year 2015 with my enormous body of knowledge at solving foreclosure problems, I have decided to create a bigger picture by building a team of real estate agents & position them as Foreclosure Zip Code Reps(Trademark 2006-2015) to increase their ability to secure listings from Mortgagors in distress.  In addition, we offer our "14-Day" Exclusive Right to Sell Listing Agreement to anxious Sellers, who otherwise seek to give a listing to a more prominent Boutique Real Estate Firm, without understanding that most sales are Co-Broker Sales; and listing with the perceived Big Wheels does not guarantee that the listing will be sold inhouse at that firm.  We seek 14-Day Listing Results....!!!!! in securing a Contract.

We also provide Property Management Serivices and place Building Superintendents at the sites we manage.  We maintain & provide you with Professional Property Management database Accounting of all categories, including property taxes, repairs, improvements, tenant evictions, new tenant rentals, credit and background checks & mortgage payments.
